My personal conclusion to MShep and Kaidan’s story. Garrus is making sure no one interrupts their reunion. Wanted to convey their happiness for getting to be together again but also a sense of sadness at Kaidan seeing Shepard in such a state plus the fact that Sehpard had to sacrifice his allies the Geth/EDI in order to destroy the reapers. In my version Kaidan will be the one to help him get over this and heal both physically and emotionally.
